Carl is an experienced Commercial Director who has worked for various local & international businesses across multiple sectors including retail, marketing, accounting & business-related services. He is highly accomplished at delivering effective business transformation through the implementation of accurate financial & operational controls, new creative marketing strategies & a consistent strong work ethic. With the selective use of innovative, leading edge technologies & software, he allows businesses to build in resilience to their operations.
Mark Tewkesbury
Co-founder & Director
Mark is a Chartered Certified Accountant with a First-Class Honours Degree in Accounting & Finance & an advanced Diploma from the Chartered Insurance Institute. Over the years Mark has worked in a number of prominent firms such as in EY, where he specialised in the audits of large insurance groups and e-money institutions. More recently, Mark has been heavily involved in the DLT space and provided advisory services to a number of Gibraltar based Fin-Tech start-ups seeking to obtain a Gibraltar DLT license. 
Richard Wood
Head of Compliance & MLRO
With extensive experience across various sectors, including fiduciary services, insurance, EIF, wealth management, and cryptocurrency, Richard possesses a strong background in regulatory compliance.
His expertise in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and risk management serves as a valuable asset to our team and clients. Richard strengthens our commitment to providing high-quality compliance services, helping clients navigate the complexities of regulatory requirements.
Kevin Tewkesbury
Company Executive
Kevin has worked in the financial services industry in Gibraltar for over 35 years and has a wealth of experience across a number of different sectors. Before joining TAG Consultancy, Kevin worked for Abacus Financial Services Limited specialising in Banking and Company Management and formed part of a team that provided Family Office services. Prior to this, Kevin worked for Barclays Bank for 28 years undertaking senior roles within Payments.
